Items are usually dispatched within 24 hours when in stock. We currently use Royal mail 48 hour service or couriers so your order should be with you within 3/4 days.

Free postage is for orders above £39 and is limited to the UK mainland only. Some postcodes will incur additional charges of up to £25. You will be contacted by email and invoiced via paypal for these charges.

Fishpetsreptiles.co.uk Ltd can not be held responsible for delays in delivery and any conseqential loses due to those delays. We rely on third parties to delivery our goods and at times problems occur for which we are sorry.

Returns

We abide by the distant selling reulations and items can be returned if not completely happy up to 14 days after purchase.
